Contact a broker from our customer service

First, we recommend that you discuss the issue with the broker in charge of your file. She/he knows well your situation and can direct you to the most appropriate resource. You can also fill out our comments and suggestions form.

If the broker who is in charge of your file cannot give you complete satisfaction, ask to speak directly to her/his supervisor. More complex situations sometimes require the intervention of a more experienced person. You can also fill out our comments and suggestions form.
